Free delivery for orders over €150.

Deliveries are made within 2 to 10 working days to the address indicated by the customer when ordering on the site (depending on the delivery method chosen).

Delivery is constituted by the transfer to the customer of physical possession or control of the product. In the event of a data entry error (incorrect or incomplete delivery address), the company cannot be held responsible for the consequences in terms of delay or impossibility of delivery. The customer must ensure that the information communicated is correct, and that it remains so until complete delivery of the product(s) ordered. Any costs associated with the reshipment of products due to a customer input error will be borne exclusively by the customer.

Once the order has been validated and paid for, the address cannot be modified.

Nor will the Company be liable if the non-receipt of the products is due to the act of a third party beyond its control, or in the event of theft. No order will be compensated if the poor execution or non-execution of the contract is attributable either to the consumer, or to the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party to the contract, or to a case of force majeure, in accordance with article L121-20-3 of the French Consumer Code. The customer will be able to track the delivery by means of the parcel's dispatch number on the website of the carrier chosen by the customer. The exchange or refund of any product declared, a posteriori, damaged during transport, without any reservation having been made on receipt of the parcel, will not be accepted. Box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

We advise you to return all items using a tracking service. Returned items are the sole responsibility of the sender until they are scanned in our warehouse * .
